For the fourth time in a row, the Bank Board appointed Mgr. David Urbanec for another term of the year as a member of the Appeals Commission of the Czech National Bank. The Appeals Commission is an advisory body for the preparation of draft decisions of the CNB Bank Board issued in administrative proceedings - the commission discusses in particular appeals against CNB decisions, translates proposals, statements or complies with legal opinions to the Bank Board. Leading experts in the field of law and economics become members of the appeal commission.

On Saturday September 21, 2019, the Football Association of the Czech Republic held a celebrity football tournament at the field of SK Dolní Chabry the purpose of which was to raise funds for the activities of the Safety line association. Our law office was one of the partners who participated and played in the tournament. We provide legal services to the Safety line association free of charge and this year our services amounted to CZK 660.000 which were symbolically handed over as a gift certificate during one of the matches.
