Markéta Koláříková (Mgr.), junior associate

Markéta Koláříková has worked for DUNOVSKÁ & PARTNERS in the position of a junior associate April 2022. She graduated from Palacký University in Olomouc with a master´s degree in law and legal science. During her studies, she worked as a paralegal in a transaction advisory company, and after graduation she continued as a lawyer responsible for legal advice on acquisitions and sales of shares in companies. She also has experience from an international law firm focusing on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. Within the firm, Markéta mainly focuses on M&A, corporate law, contractual law and banking.
