DUNOVSKÁ & PARTNERS was appointed to represent and advise PENTA INVESTMENTS LIMITED, a Central European investment group, in one of most complex insolvency proceedings against Sazka, a.s. (the largest betting company in the Czech Republic). The case involves full representation in the insolvency, preparation of all procedural pleadings, and participation in negotiations re insolvency proceedings. The total amount of claims applied into these insolvency proceedings reached 41 billion CZK.
