We assist in optimizing corporate governance, regulate relationships between business corporations and statutory bodies, and prepare key corporate documents.<\/p>\n<p>Our expertise includes drafting and assessing contracts arising from clients\u2019 business activities, setting conditions for commercial operations, and protecting data from the perspective of business secrecy and personal data protection. We represent management in negotiations with government authorities and other entities.<\/p>\n<p>We have specific experience with contracts for IT system deliveries, supply of investment unit, and construction contracts.
