We are proud to have once again provided comprehensive legal support to our colleagues at ARICOMA during another acquisition in their IT portfolio. This time, it was a parallel dual acquisition.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction involved two domestic IT companies that play a significant role in developing the Automated Tax Information System for the Czech Republic.
