Our services covered the design and implementation of the holding structure together with assistance with transaction terms, preparation and negotiation of the letter of intent, due diligence, and the drafting and negotiating the share purchase agreement.<\/p>\n<p>This transaction is another example of our long-standing expertise in corporate restructurings and mergers &amp; acquisitions, where we support clients from initial structuring through to the successful completion of the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>We would like to thank our colleagues <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dunovska.cz\/en\/our-team\/mgr-vaclav-manek\/\">V\u00e1clav M\u00e1nek<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dunovska.cz\/en\/our-team\/mgr-konrad-hanak\/\">Konr\u00e1d Han\u00e1k<\/a>, as well as Michal \u0160varc of \u010cSOB Advisory, for their professional work and commitment on this project.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We provided legal advisory to \u010cSOB Advisory for its client AD Technik, which operates in the automotive industry, in connection with structuring the acquisition of a company from the same sector.
