  • Legal advisory to Odyssey 44 in connection with its joint project with the investment group RSBC on the change of structure of a transaction related to the acquisition of administrative real estate in Prague. In addition to drafting transaction documents, legal assistance included supporting the client in structuring the transaction and negotiating contractual terms. The value of transaction was amounting to tens millions of EUR.
  • Legal advisory services for Český národní registr dárců dřeně in respect of the expansion of the hematology-oncology department of the Pilsen University Hospital on the basis of a work contract.
  • Continuous corporate advisory to a commercial real estate rental company. Legal support includes preparation of contractual documentation related to real estate transfers, contractual credit relations and loans, legal support for management and company.
  • Legal advice and representation of a client in asserting claims for defects in the purchased property against the seller. The defect of the property consists in the lack of insulation of the building and in the lower energy performance of the building than it was declared.
  • Legal assistance to a client, the project designer of the building, in relation to claims arising from defects in the real estate claimed against him by the investor of the building, who is liable for these defects to the purchasers (owners) of the real estate.

  • Legal advisory to company focusing on reconstruction and insulation of houses throughout the Czech Republic – analysis of client’s legal position after construction works stoppage due to conflicting standpoints of the investor and the contractor. The contractor deemed the project has been changed but the investor refused to sign the respective increase of the price and prolong the delivery deadline. Recommendation of next steps and assistance to the client in negotiations with the investor, preparation for a possible lawsuit.

Due diligence of selected assets working as a financial guarantee, legal opinion on the Share Transfer Agreement securing share transfer to target company owning the multifunctional real estate including recommendation of possible STA alterations.
  • Legal advisory to the world´s largest supplier of intelligent lock and security solutions regarding a revision of lease agreement for non-residential premises where the client intends to operate a sample shop.
  • Legal advisory to major investment company in a real estate investment project in the value of CZK 1.3 billion, structure of the transaction, due diligence, drafting and negotiating of transaction documentation including loan, security documentation and shareholders agreement, assistance at closing, representation of the client in negotiations with public authorities, preparing of partial refinancing.
