We provided legal advice to the acquisition finance department of ČSOB a.s. in connection with GRANDFIN Group’s investment in MIFER Group, which has been active in the vacuum forming of plastics for more than 30 years.
Our assistance included, in particular, due diligence and further legal support throughout the transaction.

iEuro has published an article on the digital euro – a planned new form of central bank money issued by the European Central Bank, intended to complement cash and existing cashless payments. We provided comprehensive legal representation to the shareholders of an investment company in connection with the sale of shares in JIHLAVAN a.s., a specialist in the development, manufacturing, and servicing of aircraft hydraulic components and systems.
Our legal support included structuring the transaction, preparing the term sheet and data room, drafting and negotiating the share purchase agreement (SPA) and related transaction documentation, as well as handling the closing and settlement of the transaction.

For the tenth consecutive time, the Bank Board has reappointed Mgr. David Urbanec for another one-year term as a member of the Review Committee of the Czech National Bank. The Review Committee serves as an advisory body for the preparation of draft decisions issued by the CNB’s Bank Board in administrative proceedings. The committee primarily reviews appeals against CNB decisions, submits proposals, opinions, or legal assessments to the Bank Board, and provides legal positions. The committee members are recognized experts in the fields of law and economics. We are very pleased that David is among them.
