The successful sale of the interests

DUNOVSKÁ & PARTNERS advised Bronco Capital in connection with the successfully completed sale of its interests in PJ Expedis and Muff Logistics. Our advice included, in particular, negotiations with the investor, review and negotiation of the transaction documentation, and assistance with the closing and settlement of the transaction.

Our mandate also covered related financial and corporate matters, including repayment of the existing loan exposure, assessment of refinancing options, settlement of relationships between the shareholders, and distribution of the transaction proceeds within the client’s investment structure.

The DUNOVSKÁ & PARTNERS team advising on the transaction comprised David Urbanec and Václav Mánek.

Ten Years of Working with Petra Klieštíková

Ten years is a wonderful reason to celebrate.

We therefore surprised our colleague Petra Klieštíková with an after-work gathering at Terasa 67, where we celebrated her tenth anniversary with DUNOVSKÁ & PARTNERS.

Petra had no idea that the celebration was being planned, so we were all the more delighted that the surprise was a success. We spent a wonderful evening together in a relaxed atmosphere and thoroughly enjoyed the occasion.

We would like to thank Petra for ten years of working together, her dedication each and every day, and the important role she plays in our firm. We wish her every professional and personal success in the years ahead.

We Welcome Natalie Brunnerová

We are pleased to announce that Mgr. Natalie Brunnerová has joined our team as a junior associate.

Natalie has been working at DUNOVSKÁ & PARTNERS since spring 2026. In her practice, she focuses primarily on corporate law, contract law, litigation and arbitration. She is also further developing her expertise in mergers and acquisitions and other legal areas.

We are delighted that our team is growing with another talented lawyer and wish Natalie every success in her work.

David Urbanec for Legalweb: We are strengthening our presence in Slovakia

Legalweb has published an interview with David Urbanec, founding partner of the law firm DUNOVSKÁ & PARTNERS.

In the interview, he reviews the first half of the year, during which we focused in particular on mergers and acquisitions, acquisition financing, corporate projects, restructurings, disputes and regulatory advice for insurance companies.

One of the main topics is also the expansion of our presence in Slovakia and the growing number of matters with a Czech-Slovak and, more generally, cross-border dimension. By establishing a branch office in Bratislava, we are responding to the needs of our clients, to whom we aim to provide coordinated legal support in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

David Urbanec also discusses our plans for the second half of the year, the further development of cross-border legal advisory services and the firm’s approach to the effective use of artificial intelligence.

Aleš Hradil for Legalweb: The Electronic Court File Should Be a Priority for the Justice System

Legalweb has published an article featuring our partner Aleš Hradil, focusing on the current debate around judicial holidays, the digitalisation of the justice system, and changes to the court system.

In the article, Aleš Hradil points out that the introduction of judicial holidays should not currently be the main priority of the Czech justice system. He considers the completion of genuine digitalization of the judiciary to be more important, particularly the introduction of a fully electronic court file, which could eliminate part of the costs, delays, and practical complications associated with conducting court proceedings.

In the interview, he also comments on possible models of judicial holidays, the risk of prolonging proceedings, access to justice, and the debate on changes to the court map. He emphasizes that the primary objective of any potential changes should be the quality and speed of decision-making, rather than merely reducing the number of courts or cutting costs.
