As in previous years, we went for the St. Martin’s goose – this time at the Kolkovna restaurant.
The goose was excellently prepared and we really enjoyed all the other dishes as well. Our compliments to the entire Kolkovna team for the excellent food, professional service, and very pleasant atmosphere. We all thoroughly enjoyed it.
We advised Rex Concepts group and their lead legal counsel MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Partnerzy – Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni spółka partnerska on the Czech law aspects of cross-border loan financing provided by Bank Pekao S.A.
The financing supports the expansion and opening of new restaurant units under the Burger King and Popeyes brands across Poland, Romania, and the Czech Republic.

With great pleasure, we announce that our dear colleague and partner, JUDr. Aleš Hradil, has been elected a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Czech Bar Association at its 9th Assembly.
The Disciplinary Committee decides in three-member panels on serious or repeated breaches of duties committed by an attorney or a trainee attorney under the Act on the legal profession or the professional regulations.
We sincerely congratulate Aleš on his election and wish him every success in his new and responsible role.
We provided legal advisory to ČSOB Advisory for its client AD Technik, which operates in the automotive industry, in connection with structuring the acquisition of a company from the same sector. Our services covered the design and implementation of the holding structure together with assistance with transaction terms, preparation and negotiation of the letter of intent, due diligence, and the drafting and negotiating the share purchase agreement.
This transaction is another example of our long-standing expertise in corporate restructurings and mergers & acquisitions, where we support clients from initial structuring through to the successful completion of the transaction.

The M&A team at DUNOVSKÁ & PARTNERS advised ČSOB, a.s. in connection with the provision of an acquisition loan for the purchase of a company owning a retail park located near Prague. The team was led by Aleš Hradil in cooperation with Rudolf Suk.

Our acquisitions and real estate development team, led by David Urbanec and Václav Mánek, provided legal advisory to Sekyra Group in the creation of the legal framework for a joint venture development between Sekyra Group and Penta Real Estate. The joint venture concerns the construction of residential and commercial premises within one of the phases of the northern part of the unique Smíchov City project — currently the largest construction project in the history of modern Prague, which is set to fundamentally transform the city’s western riverside. Our assistance included structuring the project, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, and ensuring a successful closing.
We have identified the occurrence of fraudulent emails being sent from various @gmail.com addresses with the subject line “Clarification Regarding Copyright Infringement,” in which the sender unlawfully impersonates our law firm.
We strongly emphasize that these emails do not originate from us and our law firm bears no connection whatsoever to them.
