Information on Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes
If a dispute arises out of a legal services agreement concluded between DUNOVSKÁ & PARTNERS s.r.o., advokátní kancelář and a client acting as a consumer, and such dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the client is entitled to submit a proposal for an out-of-court settlement of the consumer dispute to the Czech Bar Association.
