Jan Vavřina is a partner of DUNOVSKÁ & PARTNERS.

He commenced his legal practice in 2000 in one of the first private law firms in Prague, and was a partner from 2006 to 2008. Within the law office, Jan specializes in sectors of litigation and insolvency law.

Jan Vavřina is an arbitrator of the Arbitration court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic and a member of Czech Bar Association section for insolvency law. Jan has gathered extensive experience in the insolvency sector not only as a representative for large creditors, but also as a practicing insolvency trustee in the company AB insolvence v.o.s. Due to his experience in technical fields (he graduated from Czech technical university in Prague) he is a sought-after expert in Law of obligations and litigations, especially in the field of IT, construction and media law.
